As an NGO, WiN aims to promote the leadership of women and young people in conflict prevention and resolution, support the implementation of the women, peace and security agenda, and strengthen the peacebuilding skills of women and young people. It is also committed to promoting inclusion, economic empowerment, the elimination of gender-based violence and gender equality.

Our vision is to create an egalitarian, inclusive and peaceful society in Niger, where women and young people play a central role in conflict prevention, management and resolution. We strive for a future where women and young people are fully empowered, protected and recognized as key players in peace-building.
