Tesfa Hiwot HIV Positive Women Association of Tigray (THHPWAT) is an indigenous NGO established by HIV Positive Women in collaboration. It is the only organization in the Tigray region that works with people living with HIV with more than 1100 members who are HIV-positive women and underage. They fight HIV/AIDS and related health problems through active participation of community and advocate for their rights.
