Heart to Heart Lanka organization works on improving the lives of the diverse LGBTQ+ community, and actively preventing HIV/AIDS in Sri Lanka. With over 11 years of experience, the organization serves a wide range of individuals within the LGBTQ+ spectrum, including gay men, lesbian women, sex workers, transgender individuals, people living with HIV, and the broader queer community. Their mission is built on three pillars: supporting LGBTQ+ rights and promoting inclusivity, actively working on HIV prevention and ensuring sexual health well-being, and engaging with the community to raise awareness and foster meaningful connections.
