They are indigenous women and girls who migrated from their state of origin to live in Milpa Alta (Mexico City) 25 years ago, fleeing violence.
They achieve economic autonomy, work on their processes of violence, and create emotional communities of women who make planting and cooking spaces for meeting, listening, accompaniment and healing. They also work on the issue of economic autonomy for women so that they can leave the circles of violence and depend less and less on their aggressors, through the practices of cooking, planting, taking care of the land and protecting seeds.
